Expect to enjoy a 90-minute exclusive and completely private appointment for you and your guests in a relaxed and comfortable environment.

For the essential final touches to your dress we have a beautiful selection of veils and hair accessories for you to try.

To aid your search, all dresses in store are listed on our website with prices and are updated daily.

For your convenience we are open 7 days a weeks and all appointments are free of charge 😊

Do I need an appointment?

What is the price range of your dresses?

Our current collection ranges in price from £550 to £2500.

How many dresses can I try on?

An appointment is for 90 minutes allowing time to try on up to 8 dresses and retry the favourites. All our dresses in store are listed with prices on our website which enables you to browse before your visit.

When should I order my wedding dress?

Our designers have a production time of 4-6 months. Therefore, we recommend ordering at least 6 to 8 months before your wedding day to allow for alterations. Rush orders can often be accommodated, although rush fees will apply. If time is short, there is the option to purchase your dress from our sample sale collection. We also stock styles that can be made to order within a short time frame.

How is payment made?

A deposit of half the purchase price is required to place an order for a new dress. Each new dress is made to order by the designer and cannot be cancelled. Once the dress has arrived you will have a collection appointment to try on the dress and pay the final balance. Collections are on a weekday only. For accessories and sample sale dresses a full payment is required. The dress will be protected for travel in a waterproof garment bag that is also suitable for storage.

When do I collect my dress?

For new dress orders collection is required within 14 days of notification that the dress has arrived at the shop. Sample sale dresses are taken immediately upon purchase. However, we can offer indefinite storage for a charge of £50.

How many people may I bring with me?

Our boutique has seating for up to 4 guests in your party. We find bringing along a few of your closest loved ones keeps the experience special and focused on you.

What should I bring to my appointment?

We recommend wearing nude, seam free undergarments. Bringing along shapewear, and a pair of heels can also be helpful.

What sizes are your sample dresses?

Most of our dresses are sampled in UK size 12, though we sample gowns in smaller and larger sizes. We understand it can sometimes be difficult to envisage your wedding dress when the sample size is less than a perfect fit, and we have clips and tricks to help give you a very good idea. Our aim is to dress brides of all shapes and sizes, and we are continually adding a range of sample sizes to our dress collection.

Do you provide alterations?

We don’t have in-house tailoring however we do have a recommended specialist seamstress. We find this provides a better cost-effective service for our brides. Although, if you are driving from miles away you may prefer a local seamstress as two fittings will be required.

Do you stock bridesmaids’ dresses?

We focus on wedding dresses only and a beautiful selection of bridal accessories including veils, jewellery, and hairpieces.
